All I have to know is true/false but if you have time to explain, I would appreciate it to help me better understand.

1) true. a pyramid is a special form of prism, with certain angles which i dont reacall now... like any square is a rectangle.

2) true. a polyhedron is defined as a body with n identical triangular planes, based on a evensided n-angle... like a prism has four sides, based on a square, which is an evensided rectangle. (4-angle). and since every pyramid is a prism, (see above) it is also a polyhedron.

3) true. a cone is like a polyhedron, only not based on an n-angle, but on a circle. like a sundae wafer.

4) not sur if i understand the question correctly... what does lateral mean in this contxt? a prism consists of five surfaces, one square and four triangles... so no, not all faces are rectangular.

1 and 3 are true. Is there really a need to explain those? search the net for whatever a polyhedron is

1-i think a prism is made of glass or clear plastic?
2-true
3-a cone could have an eliptical base
4- they can be a trapezoid or a rhombus and still make a prism
