i have left over gold fish from a previous fish and no beta food will it eat gold fish??

Yes, but supplement it with other types of food. Bettas will eat a huge variety including frozen or freeze dried blood worms, tubiflex worms, brine shrimp, mosquito larvae etc.

I hope you mean goldfish food. I have a beta that I keep in a tank with my tropical fish and I only feed it tropical fish food. So it probably will eat goldfish food.

Yes the Betta will eat the goldfish food it is not as nutritious but it will sustain the fish. You could but tropical fish food and mix the two by one part goldfish food to two parts of tropical fish food. (Flakes)

some may but they almost always fight with other fish
