I wouldn't say i would be happy, because i don't have any emotions for that man.

Relieved, Would be a better word.
Relieved that America wouldn't have to capture him because then his followers would take their anger out on America and may attack your city again.

That would be nice, but Osama is only part of the problem. The whole mentality over there is the biggest problem that we need to overcome.
The mentality that they blow up and kill others because they don't like what you do or say.
