A guy might scream like a girl if he gets hit in the family jewels, but unless the incident makes him consider a sex change, he'll still be a guy after the pain is all over.
He'll probably also never forget to wear protective gear again, LOL!

While at that moment in time, you may wish you had become a girl, the searing pain and upset stomach will be there to tell you that you still got yer stones.
Then, just when you think you may actually live through this, you try to get up...that's when the real pain taps you on the shoulder and gives you a big "how ya doin!".
Not that this has ever happened to me.
