Reiki is energy healing. A trained person unblocks the channels of energy around someone. They don't actually need to touch you to do this.
Reflexology - well someone else will have a better answer, what I understand is that the nerves of the body are mirrored in the hands and feet. So, by stimulating the hands & feet, you can get an effect elsewhere in the body. I only know one pressure point - it's used to relieve headaches and seems to work.

There are different levels of Reiki that you need to be attuned to by a Reiki Master. Reiki 1 you need to have your hands on someone. Reiki 2 you can do from whatever distance away. I've sent it to different countries.
When Reiki is performed on you it gets your chi (life energy) flowing like it should be and throughout your chakras (energy centers) so that you are using the natural healing energy that we all have inside. Your chi gets blocked when you don't voice your emotions or when other negative things resonate within you.
Reflexology is when you stimulate certain points on your hands feet or ears with your or someone elses fingers. The points match up to different parts of the body.

This process helps to alliviate symptoms and work to correct problems. Touching or not touching is a matter of personal preference and local practicality.
Reflexology is the study of how the organs of the body are reflected in the hands, feet and ears. There are points in the extremeties that correclate to the organs of the body. This allows a trained reflexologist to treat symptoms and problems in the body through treatment of the feet, hand or ears.
