At our Sonic they have dips in each space where past cars have basically worn a slight ditch.

Today I was getting out of there, was "stuck" in the ditch, accelerated, and got my headlight stuck on their promotional sign. The damage is minor, but here's my question:

How much would it cost to replace the whole light (not just the bulb) for a 2001 Grand Am?

The cost of the part, plus the labor to put it in. Ask at your friendly neighborhood body shop.

Call your local junk yard to get good parts at cheap prices. Fairly simple to install, just a few screws.
