If you check your email using Microsoft Outlook (not Express) then its very well possible that there's a web-based version that can be accessed using the Internet. Do you know if they have a website? If they do you can ask your supervisor or the IT Department for the website address if you don't know it. Usually if they do and your using Microsoft Outlook at work they'll more than likely have Microsoft Outlook Web Access on their server and the address could be something for example: http://webmail.yourcompanyname.com. It might not necessarily be .com it could be .net, .edu (if you work for a school), etc.
When it asks you for a username & password just use the same login info you use when you unlock your computer at work to start doing your work.

I'll assume you mean checking your work email at home.
Well your work email should also have a web version of it available. Such an address could be something like outlook.workname.com. It could be the same for eudora or whichever other email client you use. Finally ask your IT peeps - they shd be able to tell you

if so then there will be a webmail option and you will need to know the URL, call your IT dept for that.
