There is one online someplace showing Kasey Keller, the American World Cup goalie getting a goal scored on him in a league game. He collects the ball and tries to clear it down field only to have it rebound off a player standing about 10 yards from him and back over his head into the goal.

Once i saw on tv.......i think it have to do with a club in an asian country............
the ball was kicked to the post and it didn't get in, but the ballboy retrive the ball and for some funny reason he put the ball into the goal and the referee counted the goal
