Never been to either one, but which would you choose; sin city or crime city? I might choose LA even though it has a lot of crime b/c I want to start my own movie studio one day. Although Vegas does seem a lot of fun!

Well... if you're going to have fun then I would choose Vegas. If I'm going to stay there for my life, then I would still choose Vegas because as you said, LA has alot of crime. It's not a safe place.

ONCE upon a time Las Vegas gloried in its down-home, western-style cheapness (think cowboy hats and self-serve buffets); now it advertises VIP-bottle lounges, $1,000 dinners and butler service. And along with this upscale evolution has come the replacement of several budget hotels by expensive high-rise towers. Sadly, the accommodations of Las Vegas seem to be getting costlier by the minute.

I live in las vegas, and its not all that great. Everyone here are a*holes. If you plan on living here, dont. ITs ok i guess for a vacation, but to live here, not so great. I've never been to LA, but vegas is not a great place to live. And its a bad place to start a family.
