Where people in states of intense emotion (joy, fear, rage, etc) are capable of damaging electrical equipment that is not properly grounded, blowing light bulbs, and experiencing intense headaches before thunderstorms or changes in atmospheric pressure? I have heard the name before, but have forgotten.

Although I do not know the name of this phenomenon, I have personally experienced it - with witnesses present. I once blew out two (2) CD/stereo systems (in front of someone), and have finally stopped shocking people. I always experience headaches with barometric changes and before thunderstorms. Needless to say, I approach all electrical devices with caution. :-)
- Because I do not bend or move objects, I would not call this telekinesis. Because it is specific to electricity and atmospheric changes, I would more likely want to call it human electrosensitivity or electrokinesis.

I have heard it called "human electrogenesis", "electrosensitivity", "aura empowerment", and many, many other names. But those who claim to experience these phenomena have never been able to scientificly document it or re-create it in a controlled lab environment. Which does not mean that it does not happen, just that you should take the stories with a grain of salt.

street gentle interference, or SLI, is an alleged anomalous phenomenon the place someone looks to coach off (or sometimes on) street lighting fixtures, or outdoors development protection lighting fixtures, while passing close to them. Hilary Evans coined the be conscious "SLIder" to communicate with somebody who motives this result, in his e book The SLI result.

Are you sure you were sober when you heard that? If not you probably read it in a Stephen King book like "Carrie." It never happens in real life.

I don't know about the headaches but when it comes to influencing physical items while not physically touching or manipulating the item, I know it as "telekinesis."
