Get him fu cked up badly and threaten to cut his dick off if he doesn't comply.

LIve and learn. . .and then leave!! If there is any concrete eveidance that he wrongfully took it, try taking him to small claims court. Otherwise, just learn from your mistakes and don't make them again!!
