Right now I am not convinced the Patriots are in! Yes they did not look like a top 5 team against NY. Defense would rule the division and Offensive lines. Without both being premier there is little chance you stop anyone or score for yourself. #1 Giants #2 Colts #3 Jaguars #4 Packers #5 Steelers/Browns/Patriots/Cowboys all 4 are about the same right now with the Patriots a possible step ahead and the Browns a half step behind.

I have absolutely no idea. You could look on the stats page of your local newspaper and attempt to memorize the teams names.
BTW ckpuppybe when did the NFL expand to 18 teams in each conference, I don't remember it and the NFL link you gave only showed16 teams per conference.

Play fantasy football online, and then watch an all-NFL channel on Sundays so you can see all of the teams in action at once.

Yeah, as said above, watching football would be the easiest way. You'll get to know them in no time. Otherwise, all you can do is study them until you have them memorized.

I love football and what I used to do was just try to concentrate on a couple of different teams each season. It used to work with remembering the players, but now you have free agencies and players move around too much. Just try to concentrate on a few things each season because if not you will get overwhelmed. P.S. If you get the newspaper, read the sports page. If not go to ESPN.com,NFL.com,Yahoo sports,SI.com. That is just to name a few.
