I would try gamefaqs.com it's easier to find games there than ign.com and you dont get pop-ups and stuff.

Since you give no details about what game and system your playing: go to ign.com and do a search for the video game and the platform it's on - they will give you links to guides, walk-throughs, cheats, codes, and discussion boards where you will likely find your answer.
