you should pick your clothes out before you put on your make up and watever color clothes you have on you should pick the same color eye shadow or mascara you can by it at wal -mart

the best kind of mascara is: Panoramic Curl
and for eye shadow: im not that sure I use all different kinds

look thru some mags and make sure u know ure skin tone so u can match it with whatever the mag says
