Your question leaves a lot of questions, so this is not a "one size fits all" answer.
A lot would depend on the age at which this girl first found herself having these sexual feelings towards other females. In college, or highschool for that matter, it is not unusual for young women to experiment.
If your question is "can a lesbian be a ...good mother," my money's on "yes." If the issue is whether a lesbian can be a satisfying and faithful lover, my money's still on "yes." However, if the issue is if lesbian able to be a good wife, all bet's are off. I would not think that a lesbian would be happy being a wife to a heterosexual male, therefore, not likely to be faithful, either.
I doubt a man would tolerate his wife being a lesbian, however, you asked about being "satisfying." Possible.
If the promiscuity is pathological, I would not think being faithful (to others) is realistic. If the promiscuity is by recreational choice, faithfulness will be cultivated by the choice to commit...even if it is not life long, but for many years.
I think your question could be better answered by what it is that is NOT specifically asked in your question. Too much is buried in this question to provide a qualified answer, not likely to be provided by laypersons.
Sorry this wasn't much help. Good luck.

There is no reason to assume that a currently promiscuous person will stay that way for the rest of their lives. People change far more drastically than jsut the degree of their sexual appetites over the course of their lives.
But aside from that, why would a woman who enjoys sex be a bad partner or parent? Many outwardly "June Cleaver" suburbanites are closer to "Jenna Jameson" when the neighbors aren't watching.

Sounds like she hasn't found what she's looking for. Once she finds it, she will probably settle down. I don't think that guy-girl relationships say much in terms of your parenting skills. There are a lot of horrible parents out there who are completely faithful to each other. There are also several great parents who can't keep a relationship going.

Usually people grow out of that type living as they mature but only if they want to. Remember what ever a person does now they have to live with a long time as some people have a tendency to not forget.

That's something you find out by trial and error. You may sweep her right off her feet and make her fall truly, madly, deeply in love with you. Then again, she could remain a sIut. Be bold, try anything once. What's the worse thing that could happen? Who cares? Then just try with the next. Go with the flow...life's too short!

I would never cheat on my wife, because I cheated on every other partner I ever had. I don't know. I finally grew up. Depends on the person.
