I think the trick is to not let it get to the point of "anger." I find that if I "bottle" it up.....something small can fester to the point that it turns into anger. Whereas, if I had just asked someone what they meant or why something happened as it did, I probably would have solved the issue before anger took over my mental state.
Yeah....I think it is sorta bad to keep it bottled up. I guess lately I've been a little more direct in confronting something on the onset. I think it sometimes takes people aback (merely because we aren't used to people being direct)......but in the long rum we're more respected for it. And wow.....our conscience feels so much better for it. No bottle....no worries. :)
Thanks! *skips away*

Anger is like a bottlle of pop shook up. When you open it, it explodes which if you've ever had one explode you know it gets messy and all over the place. But if you let the fizz inside settle down and open it a bit to let the air out you can open it without the explosion. This is how we should handle our anger. No, it is not good to hold in anger but we can release it in a less harmful way. Holding anger in can cause all kinds of health problems, ulcers, cancer, high blood pressure, stroke, skin conditions. Try avoiding things (people!) and situations that can make you angry. I know, it's hard when we live in a fast society and we're used to everything being given to us in a moment's notice until it hits a snag somewhere and we're made to wait.
I try to live my life by telling myself, if you have no expections, you won't be disappointed.

He thinks too much: such men are dangerous.

Bottled up anger can create many health problems It can also lead to hostility to others. Besides, who wants to lead their life harboring anger?
I say, smile and let it go.

You should let it out somehow; I find that taking a break(for me it's a cigarette break) can help, as can listening to good music and perhaps talking with a friend :)

And pack up your troubles in you own kit bag while you're at it. Life is too short, and anger never solves problems.
