It depends on what has been said in the poem. I'm not going to choose, because if written well, a poem that doesn't rhyme is just as good as one that does.

I'd have to go with one that flows. My reasoning is if it rhymes, this does not necessarily mean that it will have any meaning. BUT if it flows as you put it, most always there is a meaning behind what is said.

one that flows.. usually comes from the heart. Takes too much thinking to make something rhyme..those types sound like Dr. Seuss
