If you've attended a Flylady workshop, what was it like and would you recommend others attend?

She's coming to my town soon and I wonder if it would be extra motivating to attend - worth the time away from home and other fun.

I'm not really sure because I've never been to one. I get her e-mails and I think it would be motivating. You would get to meet the person that helps you and you can see what she is like and get the full scoop.
