I think he's doing morphine, but i don't know. So just to be sure, what are the costs/availabilities of morphine?

Morphine is a very strong pain killer, highly addictive but not readily street available or at least, not very cheap if you can find it. Usually given thru prescription by drs only in extreme cases for cancers, etc. No where as readily available on the streets as other illegal drugs. Even prescription morphine is extremely controlled and very expensive. If he has a prescription for it, he may be abusing that prescription, but if you can find the bottle, check number of capsules against daily dose, then compare date gotten to todays date and see if amount should match. If not contact his dr and let him know of a possible problem. Morphine was and is given out easily in time of war for injured soldiers in the field. Viet Nam produced a high number of morphine addicts. Good luck

Why do you think he is doing morphine? There are so many pain killers that are just as strong that are easier to get on the street than morphine? Is there a sick relative around(like a cancer patient)that has alot of morphine?Most people I have known who have used this drug are around cancer patients or work at a hospital(nurses). It is not easy to get on the street.I know that Oxycontin can go for up to 30 per pill depending on the mg. on the street and it is stronger than morphine.
