How does Polaris Vac-Sweep works?

I have a Polaris 360. Works great. If your pool is green, it has nothing to do with the Vac-Sweep. You have algae. Can take over the pool in a day. Shock the pool!!!! Run the filter for 24 hours straight. Take out the vac. It won't help. Get some Phos-Free at the pool supply store. Algae live of Phosphates. That chemical removes them.. If that doesn't work, shock it again and run the filter. You may have to brush the sides to remove the algae from them. Also get an algeacide while you're there. Good Luck!!!
