Im assuming that you mean Jeb Bush.
He hasnt announced a candidacy for president but I doubt that Id vote for him. Hard to say, it always comes down to voting for the lesser of evils.

You really must have slept in you U.S. Civ. class.
A person can only serve as President for two consecutive terms. President Bush is on his second now so he can not run for the office again.
