He is making a very broad statement. If a soldier were to have an opinion that he wasn't fully for Bush's cause to be at War, he would not be court marshaled for that thought or opinion, even if he were to voice it among peers. But if a soldier were to be completely against the war and all it stands for and acts on that, for example, AWOL from his service/duty before he served his time, then he would be court marshaled.
Also, most soldiers do not enlist solely on the idea of "war", there are many other reason s why one enlist in the service, they promise education, work experience and travel. Don't listen to Sarah, the girl doesn't have a clue about anything. War is the last thing on most soldiers minds, it's the last resort.

If it is, either the media is lying about the number of soldiers that they claim oppose the war, of there should be mass court martials. I'm sure they would be well covered.

That is not true.
There are circumstances when a soldier cannot "speak out" as you say, but soldiers do have Freedom of Speach just like the rest of us.
If you have heard such a story, you need to look more into the circumstances and everything that transpired.

That may be very well true.
When I was in the service we were asked, but not ordered, to stay neutral in contreversial political matters.
