As noted earlier, TNA's website is already teasing that the "major announcement" at tonight's No Surrender PPV will be delivered by a wrestler who was not scheduled to be on the show.
The Wrestling Observer reports that TNA is wording it that way on their website as a way to make you think a new star is coming in. Based on what is known as of today, the debate among those in the know at TNA is whether or not the announcement will be given a thumbs up or thumbs down and if it will live up to the hype.

It is said that only a select few TNA staff knows about it, and we all pretty much are assuming SpikeTV's deal is it, Goldburg is possible too. However why would these associates have signed a confidentiality contract if it were so obvious? The internet has been buzzing with this info for awhile now.
So its subject to say, we dont know.

russo comming back is not the huge news that is going to be at no surrender its that there will be a new time slot for tna so it might start at 8

I pay attention that ROH does have a television deal interior the works .... and; they ROH and TNA are working to have inter promotional suits ....... the two one in each of those or the two would make for a very good assertion this night ....
