What if my home punch list is not completed in the 30 day time period?

I just purchase a home, and I know when you submit the punch list, the builders are to complete it in 30 days, What legal actions can I take? PLEASE HELP ME

I had problems with my builders what legal actions can I do, please help.

if you have already gone to settlement, keep calling the builder until the issues are resolved... sometimes we need to show a little restraint and threats can back-fire. If you have NOT gone to closing ... refuse to go until the issues are resolved.
