in the about me section in my space if I change the layout do I put the code in the beginning or at the end?

I do not know about Myspace, but I know a bit of HTML and stuff. I believe that you put coding in the beginning, but if you have open coding/tags/whatever you end them at the end.

If it is Script coding I doesn't matter where you put it.... HTML coding is specific to objects and is rarely used on myspace.

Yes put it in about me after your own personal stuff

put it at the end so you dont get it confused with your other stuff
