Where did you get the idea that a member of the military would be court marshaled for saying what they believe???
Might under certain circumstances cost them a promotion, but it would not cause them to be court marshaled. Why don't you take the time to read the UCMJ before asking such a stupid question????
Are you aware that it is a violation of the UCMJ to obey an unlawful order???? (defence that did not stand up at the Nuenburg Trials) Now just how strongly do you want a GI to disagree with something?????

Sheesh, the only time speaking against your commander-in-cheif is courtmartial is when its violation of orders.

We get solders speaking up all the time.

I wonder though, it used to be true that u didnt have to be active duty to be courtmartialed?

You cannot have a breakdown in discipline in the military. The whole system would fall apart. Liberals clearly think that everyone has a right to be heard. WRONG. You have the right to have your opinion, but I do not have to listen to it.

At least liberals have the internet to whine and complain so other liberals can listen to them.

They don't get court martialed for speaking their own thoughts. They get court martialed when they refuse orders!
