Got a windshield for my 53 Chevy at a junk yard but it has a rust stain going vertically down the center. What products or whatever would be best to use to get it off?

Use a good glass cleaner and if needed very fine steel wool. Make sure the steel wool is saturated with the glass cleaner and clean off the rust stain!

Use old newspaper after you have removed the rust stain to clean the windshield well!!
