Does anyone know if nasal congestion and dryness is an early symptom of pregnancy? I am only 7 days past ovulation but for about the last 3 days I have been tired as heck and have bad nasal congestion, mostly in the mornings. My BB's are sore but that happens sometimes before AF. I'm also having a lot of lower back and pelvic pain. Me and my hubby have been trying for 11 months now nad I have been charting for about 3 mos. Temps are still high. Does anyone have any idea if it's a sign or am just wanting it so bad that I think it's a sign?

It is a sign--women can have sinus problems throught their entire pregnancy. The fatigue, sore breasts and cramps are definitely signs of early pregnancy. I know how much you want this and hope what you're feeling is real. Take an early pregnancy test in a few days and good luck to you!

I also ovulated on the 17th and am praying that I am pregnant. I got a cold early last week and am over it now. My beasts arent sore but my nipples are staying hard and I am constantly starving ...other than that i have nothing. I am on a 28 days cycle and should implant tomorrow, Tuesday or Wednesday and then if Im not pregnant I should start my period on Friday. I just wanted to let you know you arent alone ;-). I too want it so badly that it consumes me!! I wish you luck and will keep you in my prayers.

The sore breasts, nasal congestion, and pelvic pain can be symptoms of pregnancy but it is very rare that they would start this soon after ovulation since implantation (if you conceivied) hasn't taken place yet. Good luck to you with ttc!!!

My most fertile time was suppose to be on the 17th also. You shouldn't start to get symptoms that soon. Who knows every woman is different. I was suppose to implant today. And I have felt a little crampy the last few days. I will have to wait 6 more days before I will start or not. Good luck.

We are trying (for baby #2) and I should have ovulated last week...I am starting to feel weird-I don't know if it is my mind paying tricks on me. I don't remember with my son how soon I felt strange but I know I felt something long before my period was due. It is possible that you are wanting it enough to make you feel that something is up, but you never know. Best of luck to you, you're not alone.

The two-week wait to find out if you have conceived can feel like years if you are trying to have a baby. Some pregnancy symptoms can begin a just few days after conception, even before a positive pregnancy test would register.

1. Spotting or Cramping
According to the American Pregnancy Association (APA), implementation spotting and cramping can occur 6-12 days after conception when the embryo implants on the uterine wall. While a missed period is the most obvious sign of pregnancy, implementation bleeding can seem like a shorter, lighter period. Not all women experience this symptom, so don't fret if you don't bleed or notice any cramping.

2.Breast Changes
Hormonal changes and increased blood flow might make your breasts feel sore, swollen, and tender as early as 1-2 weeks after conception. They might also appear larger, feel fuller and heavier, and change in appearance. Increased hormones might also make your areolas look darker. Breast discomfort usually eases after the first month.

3.Headaches
The sudden rise in hormones can also cause headaches early on in pregnancy. Make sure to talk to your doctor before taking anything for pain relief.

4.Fatigue
Tiredness and fatigue is a common sign of early pregnancy, and signifies that your body is hard at work creating a suitable environment to grow a baby. However, your changing hormones might also disrupt your sleep patterns, so don't be surprised if you find yourself waking up frequently at night during the first weeks of pregnancy. Nap and rest when you can, Mom ? making a baby is hard work!

5.Nausea
This common symptom, usually referred to as "morning sickness," typically makes an appearance between 2-8 weeks after conception. Your nausea may be accompanied by vomiting, and won't necessarily be restricted to the morning hours.

6.Disappearing Waist
Even before you receive a positive pregnancy test, you might find it's already hard to button your pants. Although you aren't "showing" yet, your body is making room for your soon-to-expand uterus, meaning your waist is the first to go.
