Incorporate more exercise into your daily routine, make any changes you can to your diet to improve it, possibly get a personal trainer if you can afford it.
There are no quick fixes. You sweat like a fat lass cause youre a fat lad.

No one gets results over night, but at least you are going to the gym and doing something about it...free weights are the best way to go if you want quicker results...do cardio as well....no pain...no gain!!
