Definately would have to be college memories here...I was homeschooled from K - 12.
But IN college it was me and 5 other girls crammed into the upstairs of a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom house with a couple living in the basement with their baby. The place was CROWDED and yet we all got along surprisingly well. I was the only Sophomore and the freshmen classes started first so I got to sleep in and woke up in time to find the bathroom vacant, the water heater once again full of hot water and the coffee already made - they usually left me at least 1 cup. Anyhow it was nearing midterms and we were all going mad, we decided we needed to just get the hell out of the house and DO something other than study and stress. We had this calendar that had a different puppy on it for every day of the year so we decided that because the puppy, on that particular day, was a dalmation - we would hereby dub that day a holiday (our excuse for taking the day off from study) and this holiday we would call Dalmation Day!
We went to the Pastry Pub, a local college hangout/coffee shop, in our pajama's toting our blankets and we drank coa-coa and played cards until they closed. For the rest of the year it was our tradition, anytime the puppy on the calendar was a dalmation, we had Dalmation Night and soon it stretched from just the 6 of us (the couple with the baby never attended but enjoyed having the house to themselves when we left for the PPub) and included friends from other apartments. By finals the following semester we had close to 20 students, boys and girls, sitting in jammies and furry slippers and blankets drinking coa coa and playing cards. I miss those days sooo much.

It isn't any one memory, but a place where many memories were made. I loved being in Band, and after all these years, I can still play the instruments I learned. It was jsut the feeling of compettion, belonging, and challenge that I love to relive.

When the guy next to me pulled my seat from under me and I fell on the floor. I completely freaked out and yelled at him, which scared the crap out of him. It's my favorite moment because it changed everyone's look about me, since I was the always happy, she won't freak out or hurt anyone type of person. I have feelings and they get hurt damn it! For a while I was known as the angry black woman, but I liked it. This was high school.

In college a bunch of girls I was with got picked up by a kid in a station wagon. He was in high school and thought he was going to scare us....I can guarantee he never ever picked up a group of girls again. I think he is afraid of women even today and that was 20 years ago.

when we did our thesis in college. everybody was sleepy, and others were already snoring in the couch, so we put lipsticks and some funny stuff anywhere on their faces, took pictures. when my bestfriend wouldnt bdge, somebody threw an egg straight on her forehead. i was the one next to hear, and i earned a kick. it was a riot, lol!
also, my favorite was the university cheering squad competition; we were the champion :)
