The first answer is correct, episode 80 is when there is the funeral. However, to get the full effect, the battle starts in about episode 71 and 80 is the conclusion, with a lot going on inbetween, with Naruto and Sasuke fighting Garra. It feels like the 3rd's battle goes on forever, but it was a brave fight!
