How can i get the pic next to my name?

everyone one has a clipart picture next to their name and some have a real pic. I tried to edit my profile but the dot will only go in the no picture circle? im new at yahoo can someone help me? im sure its simple lol

the picture is called an Avatar.. you can creat one that you can use in Yahoo's home page.
