i dreamt i was going to the bathroom and my Boss who is an older woman was in the tub. Than all the women i work with gathered in the bathrom and we started talking about work. what does this mean?

Boss = superior, high authority
Coworkers = social life.
It may seem like that you are trying to open up with all your co-workers and boss. Perhaps in the work place, you don't have a good feeling with them.
