no, i don't think it's any different than getting your ears pierced. when you don't want it anymore, the hole will close up...

I think so. At 13, you're probably not considering the impression that you'll be making. Facial piercings are still considerable taboo.

any age is too young and too old--that is just flat out gross and unsanitary. It makes it look like you are begging to be noticed and paid attention to. Talk about picking one of it! That is totally a breeding ground for infection and bacteria.
