I think it happens to all of us, it doesn't mean anything. Your mind is tricking you because you are excited about having your baby and SEEING him or her for the first time.

In your dreams you are processing stimuli from your waking world. The 'meaning' of dreams is complex, including everything from warnings about coming events, venting on troubling matters you are unable or too passive to address while awake, excursions through beautiful places you would like to see, expressions of fictive creativity, and routine sorting of mental clutter accumulated while awake.
Your first dream indicates how important the child is and the 'large' ammount of space and time your child will occupy. This dream indicates that you are aware of this and are working to prepare for the responsibility, and though it may, at times, feel overwhelming, your mind is reassuring you that you are capable.
The third dream is another illustration of the importance of your pregnancy and that even in sleep the baby is with you, is an active presence and part of your family.
The second dream is the most interesting. You do not elaborate on your use of the term "other half". You may have seen another part of you, or you may be refering to your husband or boyfriend. Whichever is the case (what you saw or felt in your dream), the 'other half' clearly indicates the baby's father. The fact that the baby is born so tiny is an expression of your own fears, real or imagined, that the father is either not up to the task of being a responsible parent or has his own reservations about this. In this dream your mind is acknowledging this. It does NOT necessarily mean that you are unsure about the father' capabilities. The imending birth can create a lot of anxiety in many men, even those who turn out to be wonderfull fathers. A tiny baby requires lots of attention and care and your dreamstate mind is preparing you. Best wishes for you and your family!

Sometimes your dreams can be weird manifestations of things you don't even realize are in your head in your waking hours. Other times, it could just be your subconscious way of hoping that everything turns out okay. For instance, everyone wants a healthy baby, right? So the fat baby could be symbolic for that. On the other hand, if you're worried, your partner giving birth to a tiny baby could symbolize your concern that things won't turn out right. If you can, go to a book store or a library. There are many dream dictionaries that could probably help you out if you are looking for specific meanings. Also, certain things like colors, or specific items in the dream can mean things as well. Good luck!

These sound like standard anxiety dreams. You don't know what baby is going to be (well, you may know if s/he's a girl or a boy, but you don't know whether s/he is going to become famous, infamous, etc.).
As for the husband-giving-birth dream: there is or was something called an "empathy belly," which a father-to-be could strap on to get some clue about what it's like to carry around 5 pounds of baby in the vicinity of the belly area. Maybe you read about something like that? Maybe you don't think your husband is being properly sympathetic to whatever you're experiencing at the moment with respect to carrying the child?

Could mean that you're worried about birth and the pain it's going to cause. A fat baby would undoubtedly hurt more, and watching yourself give birth to a tiny baby might have been your mind's way of telling you, "See? You're blowing the baby's size out of proportion, it'll be okay, you can do it." As for the sex of the baby, maybe you're hoping for a boy. Or maybe you're really having a boy. Who knows.
Last night I had a dream that I had quadruplets. Two of them were the size of 6 month old babies, the other two were normal newborn size. They all slept in a suitcase in my living room, and my doctor said that the boy that was 6mos sized was always in front of the ultrasound that's why we never found the other 3. All I was worried about was how I was going to breast feed 4 babies. Explain that one! LOL

I dream about my baby too. Just before you close your eyes, ask God to clear things up for you a bit. I am sure you'll know when you wake what things are about.
as far as a boy?
maybe it's your mother premintion , and spirits way of telling you. I had a dream of all my children and seen before hand their gender. This pregnancy I got boy. We'll see if its right. The last three were dead on!

A person’s life is full of dreams. Dream can be about one’s ambition which he gets fulfilled with the passage of time thru his own hard work, intelligence, good planning and with the blessings of Almighty. Another is day dreaming which is really not a good habit and can be controlled with one’s will power. But what about the dreams a person experiences during sleep. Do they hv effect in our real life? What do they mean? What is their interpretation? The person asks to his friends, elders and seniors in his social circle. Sometimes he gets satisfactory reply and sometimes not. These days Internet is a rich source of information. So one does not need to depend on others for one’s dream interpretation. The Yahanswerholics Community member suggests the following.

the cause of a dream is the very last thought your brain has right before you get into a deep sleep. and unfortunately we can't remember what we think because we are half a sleep at that time
don't worry about it . I'm sure the more you worry, the weirder your dreams will be
good luck

Nothing above really. It is due to anxiety. Because you are pregnant and you are stressed by the fact that your baby is coming soon. Dreaming of differetnt faces, look, shapes is possible.
Remember dreams come from you.

2) i think you kinda of resent the fact that you are the one that has to give birth, and i think that he should share in the pregnancy misery, and you would him have the baby.
