if you like a guy who is ten years older than you and from a culture vastly different from your own, you'd better keep away from him. i'm not saying this to discriminate against him because of his culture, but because judging by your question i think you are in your midteens and therefore much too young to deal with the challenges of such a relationship. look closer to home first, both in age and in culture, it's better for you.
