Having been a "Mariner" or a "Sea Dog" for over 50 years of my 73 year life (so far) apart from being a lot of other things like Marina Owner and Operator, Marine Surveyor, (and perhaps I should add being married five times), I consider myself a "True Salt" and once the sea gets into your blood you'll never be truly happy doing anything else !

My Wife and I live on our current boat (very, very happily) and have done so for the past 14 years. We are usually damn nigh broke but happy and money can't buy happiness - I should know I was once a millionaire and lost it all in two weeks but I wasn't any happier with that money then I am now !
