My 5 year old neice is called Nikita. My sister liked the Elton John song, although someone said that was written about a boy. It's also a Russian boys name. Still a nice name though.

Victoria sounds like an old woman's name.
An old, posh, English name! (think Queen Victoria!!!)
The only Nikita I can think of was the little girl in Kill Bill Vol 1, daughter of one of the assasins... can't remember her name... the little girl was cute anyway!
I would say they are two VERY different names!!
