It should come this Saturday but I have an important event to go to and my first day of my period is hell. Any possible ways I can delay besides birth control pills? Don't care if it's unhealthy but I really need to. Is it true that alcohol and/or not eating right delays it?

Nope, there isn't any way besides taking bc pills for a few extra days. Even that is not guaranteed to work.

if you don't mind the unwanted pounds, those devices might work...
I'll have you know that yesterday I inebriated myself in bloody marys made of Bacardi 151 for the entirety of the day to have my period arrive 2 days early.
So, drinking probably doesn't cause the period to take longer...
You'd need an extreme lifestyle change in order to delay your period due to physical stress such as working out/starving....(takes up to 30 days to become effective, and definitely not safe due to vitamin B12, and other vitamin, amino acid, electrolyte requirements!!!).
not highly recommended at alll.....if you want to rid yourself of a period, your best bet would be to wait this period out, and thereafter, go to the ob/gyn and request a depo provera shot or lupron or something.

the only way i will imagine of to purpose this will be tablets. Like in case you began birth control tablets (i trust maximum walk in clinics elements you with an ordeal p.c.. immediately). Or took some type of hormone tablets. yet there is no change you could make on your weight relief plan or pastime drastic sufficient to postpone a era. Sorry.
