It depends. I've worked in the field of law for years and the most important thing I can tell you is that I've seen many many cases where teenage boys get too involved with young under age girls, and the parents or someone else reports it to the police and the boys end up being charged with rape, or Sexual Assault of a Minor.

What are your parent's rules about dating? As long as you live in their house, you must follow their rules. They are the adults and they are responsible for every aspect of your life until you have reached the age of majority and have moved out of their house.

This is not a subject to enter into lightly. For your safety and welfare you need to discuss this with your parents before going another step with this or any other boy. We keep hearing horrible things on the news lately about the sexual assault and kidnapping of young teenagers, even in what seem to be safe little towns. You are too young to know all the dangers to look out for, which is why your parents need to be involved in this decision.

Please choose the high road and make a mature decision with your parents involvement.

Go for it. I always dated older guys. Usually 2 to 3 years older than me. My husband is actually 8 years older than me. Don't even act like there is a difference. Just treat him like any other guy and he will do the same for you.

It completly depends on your age and since your worried about a guy 2 years older I would say your not old enough to be dating so just put hom out of your head and worry about your grammer skills or something
Seriously you don't need a guy at your age

Age is just a number and should not matter if you really like someone. Does he know how you feel and is he worried about the age difference? If not then go for it.
