You will probably embarrass the hell out of him by doing this, but you have a perfect opportunity to sit him down and talk about the facts of life. Tell him about STDs and pregnancy. Just because he knows a little bit about sex doesn't mean he has any kind of accurate information. Tell him you can't keep him from having sex if that's what he wants to do, but you hope he will be careful and responsible. Whatever you do, don't flip out and accuse him of anything (or worse, lie) because then he won't listen to anything you say.
P.S. I think doing nothing is a very bad idea...who cares if he's embarrassed--if he doesn't get the information for you, he's probably getting it from his friends, who are just as clueless as he is. They don't teach sex ed in schools anymore, so you're the only good source of reliable info he has.
And isn't he old enough to clean his own room now??

First off, that's normal. But you should sit down with him, tell him that you found it, and ask him if he has any questions about sex. You should also point out the possible dangers of pornography and how it objectifies women, etc, etc. You don't want to completely shelter him (seeing as he's starting to grow up) but you want him to know about sex and have a healthy respect for it.

Encourage his artwork... Is he good? Sign him up for a more creative art class. This is normal curiosity. He'll be okay. Would you be more worried if they were pictures of boys?
What should you do? Have you had a sex talk. Protection? STD's?
Personally, do nothing... You'll only embarrass him.

Don't freak out. He's a normal 13-year-old. If you haven't talked to him about sex (and you're a bit late if you haven't), now's the time.
If you have, it's time for a more extensive conversation.

It's normal for him, and it's definately time for "the talk". Do it without talking down and without making him think his drawings are dirty, maybe you don't even have to bring them up.
