Trusting others can be hard. Trusting yourself can be next to impossible. If you trust someone and they let you down, it's their fault. If you let yourself down, it's your fault, and that's harder to swallow, at least that's what I think.

no, I've just learned to act spontaneously because if I think to much about something, I'll end up talking myself too much. That's what I don't trust about myself. I also get myself into a lot of trouble by doing so.
