...What? If you're talking about the website that was shown when he first accessed the Internet, you should be able to click on the house icon near the top of the screen to get back there. You could also click on the tiny arrow near the back button and see if any of the websites you visited was the one your son was at.

According to www.w3.org, the first web page was http://nxoc01.cern.ch/hypertext/WWW/TheProject.html
created in November of 1990, and no longer supported by the first web server nxoc01.cern.ch, later called info.cern.ch
