Galleria dell'Accademia Florence Italy
The Gallery of the Accademia di Belle Arti has housed the original David of Michelangelo since 1873. The sculpture was allegedly brought to the Accademia for reasons of conservation, although other factors were involved in its move from its previous outdoor location on Piazza della Signoria

A commission that included Leonardo di Vinci, Botticelli and other great artists decided to place the Statue of David just outside the front door of the Palazzo Vecchio. But now there is only a copy of that statue. The original is at The Accademia delle Belle Arti, Florence, Italy .

As we all know "David" was Jewish. Michelangelo used a young Italian model. Whoops, David isn't Jewish anymore. The statue shows all of David & I do mean "ALL"

It stands at the Gallery of the Accademia di Belle Art in Florence, Italy. It is really impressive. It stands in the midle of a round room on top of a tall pedistal.

It is inside the Galleria dell'Accademia, located on Via Ricasoli 58-60. I think it's 6,50 euro to get in. There's an exact replica of the "David" in the piazza della signoria on the steps opposite 'Hercules'. If you're going there they don't allow pictures and will take your camera and put it in a sealed bag or take it if they see you taking pictures. Hope this helps...

He has huge hands and a tiny penis.
Do you think that is perfect? Not for him I dont think
