he sometimes ignores me and by the end of the day say hi and when i been work there for 2 hours he say hi

flirt a little and if he responds to that he probably likes you too, but usually a woman notices if a man likes her by the way he acts around her or if it's just proffessional, just use your own judgement...it makes it kinda hard when it's someone that works with you

First of all learn how to count because 17 and 20 is only 3 years difference not 4 and thats not really that big of an age difference anyway so go for it.

Dating people from work causes problems. Just be friends for now, and then see if it's something you really want to persue and go from there. The age thing isnt a big deal.
