Yes, ever since they took down the Berlin wall, things started to change. The east side was a very poor country and the Government ruled everything. This side of the country was behind with technology and everything else. The Western side of the country needs to rebuild the eastern part and it will take many years to come beside spending tons of money. Once the east side is rebuild, they will be okay. Germany actually is not doing so bad as you might think.
