I would like some type of investigation to take place so that the company could find out of all the wronful doings. I would like to remain anonymous when reporting.

Make sure you have your facts before doing anything. Do you have any witnesses to this? If so, I would recommend going in person to the nearest Department of Labor-Wage and Hour Division. Ask to speak to a representative and let him/her know in detail what is going on. Ask if they could contact the Internal Revenue Service of this as well. Good luck.

You can start with the Department of Labor. As for remaining anonyous, you might want to find another job, because it may be that you have been unknowingly involved, and I read about a young secretary with 2 tiny children that went to jail for 2 years for the same thing. She had no clue what the boss was doing, but just did her job.

you write the company a letter telling them all the things that are going on, and be specific.

If you want them to know then you tell them.
