well if you read any tabloids, she is the one, that can be identified with her tongue sticking out in half the photos. She has done the Iceland advert. She received mass sympathy when she and her ex Brian were in the process of a divorce. There was some speculation about her taking drugs ,being in a sanctuary etc etc. Ironically I never knew who she was until The wheels were falling off, and not while she was an Atomic Girl or married to Brian Mc fadden, and only because she was everywhere. seems like she has quietened down a bit. pffeeeeewweee.

Katona was brought up by her mother and never knew her father [1], however her mother was stabbed by a boyfriend [1] when Katona was very young and she ended up being placed in care and was fostered ten times. Katona went to Padgate High School and started out working as a topless model and lapdancer. [1]

Kerry Katona in the Cradle videoKatona got her break singing for the girl group Atomic Kitten, however she left Atomic Kitten in 2001 when she became pregnant having enjoyed limited success with the band in the UK. [2] She later admitted to never having sung on any of the group's songs while she was a member [3], although her spoken-word vocals feature on the group's biggest hit "Whole Again" which reached #1 shortly after she left the girl group. Katona did however, have a major hit with "Cradle" in South East Asia featuring a simple video in which Katona and the other girls stylishly and smoothly dance to the music.

On 5 January 2002 she married Westlife star Brian McFadden at the Church of the Immaculate Conception in Rathfeigh, County Meath, and changed her name to Kerry McFadden. The couple had their honeymoon in Mauritius and have two daughters, Molly and Lilly-Sue.

After marrying McFadden, she moved into television, appearing on and presenting a mix of light entertainment programmes such as Britain's Sexiest..., Loose Women and Elimidate. In February 2004 Katona won the third British series of reality TV show I'm A Celebrity, Get Me Out Of Here!. Bryan and Kerry appeared together on The Keith Barret Show in July 2004.

McFadden and Katona seperated in September 2004 and Kerry reverted to her maiden name. McFadden wrote a song on his first album called "Be True To Your Woman" about the failed relationship.

She recently starred in an Irish drama series called Showbands, continuing her love affair with the emerald isle despite her well documented break-up with former Westlife heartthrob Brian McFadden. In July 2005, she starred in My Fair Kerry on ITV1, where she had to be taught airs and graces to transform herself from ladette to lady.

In 2005 Dave Cunningham, a former teenage sweetheart, moved in with her for seven months. Katona is now engaged to Mark Croft who is a taxi driver. In June 2006, Katona and McFadden are discussing custody over their children. Emily Herbert wrote a biography of her in September 2005 called Kerry: Story of a Survivor, published by John Blake Publishing.

Although her celebrity status has declined, she has a regular column in OK! Magazine and has also landed a job as the face of the food store, Iceland and has done some work for Asda.

On July 27, 2006, Katona announced that she is expecting her third child (her first with Croft) in Winter 2006/2007. Katona has completed her autobiography titled Too Much, Too Young which is scheduled for release on 6 October 2006 [4].

She was originally in the band Atomic Kitten then left to marry Bryan McFadden of Westlife. They had two kids, she became Queen of the Jungle and then they split. He started seeing Delta Goodram. She is now engaged to a guy called Mark and she is expecting her third child. She suffers from bipolar disorder (manic depression) so she's not finding things to easy at the moment.

She used to be part of the group Atomic Kitten, was married to Brian McFadden. Both are now seperated. I believe she has two children and she has currently gone downhill by advertising for Iceland foods. Quite sad really...

A lady of immense talent, beauty, intellect and class. She is the perfect role model for any woman because of how she combines motherhood and Iceland adverts.

I can't get through a single day without worrying what she has been doing and what her opinions are on the important topics of the day. The plethora of celebrity magazines which drop through my letterbox each week are a godsend to me.
