Neutrogena for their tinted moisturizer
Max Factor for their Pancake Water Activated Makeup (It's a foundation you apply with a wet sponge)
Revlon for their Illuminance Creme Eyeshadow.
Maybelline for Mascara, Eyeliner and Loose Powder
All of these are priced from around $4-10

Not everyone can spend 100$ on their make collection.
I like CoverGirl and L'oreal.
There's usually sales on different products from brands at that price range too.
I buy mine from Target, but they're sold at pretty much any drug store or places like Kroger or Meijer.
Most items are about 4-9$ each, of course that depends on what it is (Eyeliner, foundation, blush, eyeshadow..etc)

I use m.a.c. yeah I know its pretty pricey but it works really good. the best cheap make-up brand I would have to say is Maybelline. Its cheap and works good.
