Enter this at the Game mode selection menu / main menu (where you see: Career, Quick Play, Multiplayer, Tutorials, Options):
Yellow, Orange, Blue, Blue, Orange, Yellow, Yellow
Unlock All (Crowd has Monkey Heads, Crowd has Skull Heads, Player uses Air Guitar, Rock meter will always stay green, Unlocks Hero Guitar, Venue Disappears)

There are cheats for guitar hero? that's news to me. I had to practice on that stupid plastic guitar for 4 months before i beat the expert level. anyway, what would the cheats be for? you can just do a quick play if you want to play harder songs.
